Thank you for choosing MyGolfEvents. We strive to provide exceptional golf event experiences for all our participants. Please review our refund policy carefully before registering for any of our events.
General Policy:
All payments made for MyGolfEvents are non-refundable. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we will strive to ensure the best possible experience for our participants. Therefore, we cannot issue refunds for cancellations or changes in plans after registration.
Exceptional Circumstance:
Refunds will only be considered if the golf event does not take place for any reason beyond the control of the participant or MyGolfEvents. Such reasons may include, but are not limited to, extreme weather conditions, natural disasters, or unforeseen circumstances that make it impossible or unsafe to conduct the event.
Event Cancellation or Postponement:
In the unlikely event that MyGolfEvents cancels or postpones an event due to reasons beyond the control of the participants, we will make every effort to reschedule the event. If a rescheduled date is not possible, participants will have the option to receive a credit for a future event organized by MyGolfEvents or a refund as per the original payment method.
Transfers and Substitutions:
While refunds are generally not allowed, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may prevent a registered participant from attending. In such cases, we allow registered participants to transfer their registration to another individual or substitute their spot with another player. The request for transfer or substitution must be made at least 10 days before the event date.
How to Request a Refund:
To request a refund under exceptional circumstances when the event does not take place, participants must submit their refund request in writing via email to our customer support team. Please include the event name, registration details, and a detailed explanation of the exceptional circumstances leading to the refund request.
Processing Time:
Refund requests will be thoroughly reviewed, and the processing time may vary based on the nature of the request. Once the refund is approved, it may take up to 10-14 days for the refund amount to be credited back to the original payment method.
